RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

 

 

Any returns, refunds or exchanges are organised by the customer plus the cost

 of delivery using the same method as when ordered unless found to be faulty upon delivery. 

  • Faulty returns will be assessed upon arrival and you will be contacted.

  • Please email to arrange any returns, refunds or exchanges stating the reason.

  • Refunds are returned via the same method of payment.

  • All items must be in the original packing.

  • Exchanges for gift items can be arranged, please get in touch.

  • No refund or exchange is offered on bespoke or commissioned items.

  • Due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.

  • Exchanges must be made within 30 days of order being replaced.
