ORDERING INFORMATION
  • Every care is taken to represent products online accurately, due to different monitor settings and lighting stones especially may appear as a slightly different shade/tone.

  • Sizes and dimensions are approximate. Due to the jewellery being handmade each item will differ slightly to the images shown, adding to their unique quality.

  • The jewellery is delivered in packaging with my unique logo.

  • SIZE GUIDE :

  • Rings - If you are unsure of your size, measure a ring you already own for the appropriate finger, at a jewellers or have your finger measured (preferably with a metal ring gauge). For wide bands please allow half to whole size extra  depending on width of the ring, if possible ask a jeweller to use a wide band ring gauge. Please bear in mind that your finger size will vary depending on whether you are hot or cold. You should be able to comfortably slide the ring on and off , especially over your knuckle.  *Please note , made to measure rings can't be refunded or exchanged. If you can't decide a copper blank can be sent to you please get in touch for more advice.

  • Bracelets and bangles -  If you already own a bangle that is the right size, measure it on the inside circumference, if not measure your hand around the widest part. For bracelets again if you already own one measure the length from end to end, or measure around your wrist/hand where you would like it to sit. Some designs can be altered after you have tried it at home.

  • Items above certain weights (depending on material) have to be legally hallmarked, if you would like an item hallmarked which is below this limit please get in touch . All items are hallmarked at the London Assay Office with my makers mark.

  • For delivery charges please see cart page when purchasing.

  • Items in stock will be delivered within 3 - 4 working days. Please allow 3-4 weeks for out of stock items. For commissioned items or alterations please get in touch, normally these will take approximately between 4 - 8 weeks.

  • Any import duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If there is any delays or price changes you will be informed.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit.
